Shipping Policy
We offer shipping across Australia with tracking on all orders. At checkout, you can choose:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
Please note:
Orders are processed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays only, as stock is located at our Fremantle Markets stall.
We are unable to access stock outside of market hours. Orders placed outside these days will be packed and shipped during the next available market trading days.
Shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer, unless otherwise stated in a promotion or agreement.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition as purchased, with proof of receipt.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, you may return it under the following conditions:
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase
You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Items must be returned in the same condition they were sold (unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached if applicable)
Please note:
We do not accept returns on earrings or intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
As many of our items are one-of-a-kind, we cannot offer direct exchanges — however, you are welcome to use your store credit toward another item
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty or not as described
